Cancelation Policy (Services)

  • Our in house services for vinyl work and valeting & Detailing services when booked will require a deposit to confirm your booking. Due to our tight schedule we have to space out our jobs to suit or schedule as well as various customers.

  • As such any canceled booking will result in loss of deposit. If we are able to fill your canceled booking with another booking, we can re arrange your booking for another time using your current deposit.

  • If you need to amend/cancel your booking contact us as soon as possible, so we can allocate your inital slot to another customer, to have the highest chance of being able to keep your deposit and re arrange for future.

Cancelation Policy (Online)

If you wish to cancel your online order please contact us as soon as possible, as once items have been made or dispatched we are unable to resale stock them or cancel postage, and thus not able to refund your order.

Our proccessing times will vary, sometimes we process orders instantly or depending on time recieved they may not be procesed till the following day or week (non working weekend days)

But if there is any changes or cancelations to your orders please contact us as soon as possible, we check our e-mails regularly as well as our DMs on our socials and Whatsapp, We check these outside of our working hours also, although we dont reply to all enquires outside of these hours, we will look into canclations/amendments and issues when we can outside of our normal hours.

Shipping Policy

Shipping

  • Will do our upmost to Dispatch all orders in a timely mannor. Please bare in mind all orders are made to order, so can take us time to make and prep each order. During weekdays we do our best to process all orders from close of business prior day up until that point and dispatch the following day. Though sometimes delays happen due to us having other booked in work as we do On-Site and unit based work with a very small team, or stock levels or other unforseen circumstance.

  • UK Mainland & Northern Ireland small orders are dispatched 1st Class (1-2 day delivery), Larger items are posted 2nd Class (2-3 Day delivery)

  • Ireland & Overseas (Standard international) items are posted with an estimated time frame of 3-5 working days (For Ireland) Other areas will be as stated we ship world wide but contact us for quote if its not already listed on our site as an option.

Royal Mail Aims to meet the above estimates though delays can occur, Weather and other factors can also cause further delays. if you have any issues please contact us and we can look into it, Royal Mail conciders a parcel lost after 11 Working Days for First class, and 14 Working Days for 2nd Class.

If an item is lost we will come to a solution of either a refund or replacement item to be sent.

Returns Policy

Returns

  • Due to the nature of our Online business all items are made to order requirements, and as such all orders when fulfilled are final. Please be sure to read the description and select your colour options accordingly.

  • On the rare occasion there is a defect with the items, or a mistake on our part we will replace the items free of charge to the correct specs. Where you the customer is deamed at fault, i.e application, or incorrect selection when ordering, a replacement correct sticker will have to be purchased.

We cannot resell stickers after they have been dispatched and returned as they risk being damaged when repackaging etc
